Andrew Bennett
Founder, CEO
Andrew Bennett, founded Whois-Search while at University in 2002, and worked as Domains Manager at 123Reg for 6 years. He was elected to Nominet’s Policy Advisory Board for 2 years in 2007. Andrew is a co-founder of Netistrar and as CEO has led the Netistrar team since 2013.

Emily Taylor
Founder, Legal & Policy
Emily is the Editor of the Journal of Cyber Policy, an Associate Fellow at Chatham House's International Security Department, and CEO of Oxford Information Labs - Internet Intelligence, Software and Research. A lawyer by background, Emily is responsible for Netistrar's legal and compliance work. She has undertaken volunteer work in the multistakeholder internet governance world, serving on the Internet Governance Forum MAG, Chair of the ICANN WHOIS Review Team, and a member of the ICANN Security and Stability Review Team, and the Expedited Policy Development Process on gTLD Registration Data.
Emily has made numerous TV and Radio appearances as an expert in the field of cybersecurity, including BBC News, Sky TV, Newsnight, and appeared as the guest expert on BBC Radio 4 Now Show.
A sought-after public speaker, Emily has moderated at major conference events, and provides teaching for post-graduates at several Universities.

Lucien Taylor
Founder, Product Development
Lucien is the founder of Oxford Information Labs, and has worked in collaboration with Mark Robertshaw for over 15 years, focusing on business development, marketing, and the front-end of all technical systems. Lucien designed and implemented the original Nominet Dispute Resolution workflow, which supported more than 100 live cases at multiple stages. He provided the front end and business logic for systems across numerous sectors including local and central government, the BBC, education, insurance and the technology industry.
Lucien is a former actor for 10 years, and later qualified as a Computer Engineer, with First Class Honours in Mathematics and Computer Science, and a Masters in Business Administration.

Mark Robertshaw
Founder, Systems Architect
Mark has been at the cornerstone of Netistrar's technical development as a co-director of Oxford Information Labs - the development team behind Netistrar.
Mark is the architect behind several successful software administration systems: including Nominet's DRS system, educational systems, Text 2 Speech for the BBC and more. He also provides database expertise for the annual IDN World Report - a multi-year research project by EURid, UNESCO, with the support of Versign and the regional ccTLD organisations.
